Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. is dedicated to keeping your private information private. Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Please carefully read this document to learn more about how we protect your personal information.

Privacy terms of this document refer to bloodtoll.com, the Blood Toll Competitive Video Game System, and any other related Online Tournament Entertainment Product.

Collected Information

Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. collects personal information to create an account from which you can play the Blood Toll game. When you open a basic account we collect your name, address, gender, email address, IP address, and Age. This information is used to verify who you are and see if you are eligible for playing the full Blood Toll Game. If you are over the age of majority you are eligible to play in our match version of the game. For this we will collect but not store additional credit card information.

We may later request additional personal information but it is optional. This would include, your income, marital status, education, and other demographic, and geographic information.

Use of your information

Our primary use of your information is for the security of the Blood Toll System. We create a profile so you are responsible for your actions (pleas refer to Blood Toll terms of use).  Also we need your personal information to send cheques and prizes.

Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. offers game play in branded levels. To properly match up players with brands of interest we use your personal information to choose what levels will best suit your interests. This information is not released to the brand without your prior consent.

In the unlikely event that a user breaks the (terms of use) we reserve the right to turn your information over to the proper authorities (police). This is primarily referring to fraudulent activity.

Disclosure of your personal information

Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Advertisers

Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. offers In-game branded media to advertisers, therefore we disclose to them aggregated data of the users of the Blood Toll system. This is information about the users as a whole and not individual information. To clarify, this does not include names, address, email addresses, or any other information that could be used to single out an individual user.

Community

We make available to the users of the Blood Toll system some information in order to create a user profile. This information includes username, ranking, prizes/winnings, gameplay statistics, and location (city and country only). There is also optional information that you can display such as a picture and your age but it will be made apparent to you at the time of publishing that this information is going to be made public.

External and Internal Service providers

In the future Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. and the Blood Toll system may offer external service providers. If you choose to use these goods or services some or all of your personal information will be given to them. This will be made apparent to you if you choose to use these goods or services.

Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. may choose to use a third party service referred to as an internal service provider that we outsource parts of our business to. Your information may need to be made available to them in order for them to provide a service. These organizations are bound by confidentiality agreements and other legal documents to protect your information.

Legal requests

Online Tournament Entertainment Ltd. cooperates with law enforcement authorities along with other third party’s to enforce laws such as intellectual property, fraud and other such topics to protect you and other Blood Toll users from bad actors.

Control of your password

You are responsible for all actions requestion through your account. Therefore, it is forbidden to disclose you username or password to any third party. If you do disclose this information you are responsible for all actions and damages caused by the account.

Review or change your personal information

All personal information will be made available for viewing and updating through your Blood Toll account. If any of your information changes you are responsible for updating it promptly.

Upon your request we will deactivate your account and remove any public information.  Please do this through the support menu in the Blood Toll System. If you need assistance please feel free to email out support staff at service@bloodtoll.com 

We may choose to keep your personal information to prevent fraud.

Other Information Collectors

You are responsible for any information that you disclose to another user through in-game chat or any other form of communication offered through the Blood Toll System.

Security

Although Blood Toll uses security techniques and industry best practices, “complete security” does not exist on the internet. Therefore, although we take serious precautions to protect your information we cannot guarantee that your personal information will be completely safe from hackers, and unauthorized entry to our databases.

Changes to this policy

From time to time we reserve the right to update and change this document. When this occurs you will be emailed of the changes. The changes will come into effect 30 days after the email is sent or the next time you log into the Blood Toll System.
